	Synergy Global Solutions has been committed to the IP Telephony field since the technology’s inception in the late 1990’s. Synergy began it’s IPT practice area by forging a high level partnership with the leader in IP Telephony, Cisco Systems. As one of Cisco’s first partners nationally and the first regional partner, Synergy was an early adaptor to the Cisco partner program, investing heavily in the necessary training and demo equipment to become subject matter experts. As early adaptors of the technology, Synergy deployed a complete Cisco IP telephony infrastructure in its state of the art Solution Center/Network Operations Center located in Amherst NY.
