 A significant percentage of our customers are in the manufacturing sector. We have consulted with numerous manufacturers on their utilization of technology, and how to maximize their productivity. This has often gotten into process discussions where we are able to increase automation, and decrease manual intervention – leading to a more consistent, a more accurate and a more timely information flow. In a few cases, we actually helped our clients decide to keep what they had already invested in, because we could get so much more out of it than they were getting now.
